Which products are eligible for exchange?
We offer an Easy Exchange Policy for all Our Customers. The Exchange Policy is Applicable as Follows:
- For Products Sold at Full Price/Sale/Promotions, you can Avail Easy Exchange for different sizes of the same product
- Products that get Damaged in Transit are Eligible for Easy Exchange.
- For Accessories Such as Face Masks, You can only Avail Exchange for damaged items.
- For Other Accessories such as Bookmarks, Scrunchies, Sleep Masks etc, you can avail Easy Exchange.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND WHILE SENDING THE PRODUCT FOR EXCHANGE
- All Items eligible for an Exchange within 15 days of delivery. If we Receive the Product after 15 Days of Delivery, the same product will be shipped back to you without any Exchange.
- The Products should have all the original sealed tags, should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged without any smell of perfume, body odour, deodorant or detergent. There should be no make-up or tan marks on any Product. You can try the garments with all the tags intact if you are not sure about the size. But If the tags are found broken or the garment looks worn out, it will not be eligible for exchange and the same garment will be delivered back to you.
- Please ensure that the items handed to our delivery executive for any exchange are same as the ones you ordered. We shall take no liability if any incorrect item is handed to us. Also, we will not be able to provide any refund for the incorrect item. If you require the incorrect piece delivered back to you, additional shipping charges will be levied for pickup of correct pieces and shipping back the wrong piece.
- Even Though our Quality team does their best in sending you great quality products, there is still some room for human error. So, we provide easy exchange services for damaged products. If a defected piece is delivered to you, please send us an Image of the item within 24 hours. You can WhatsApp (+91-9667239905) or Email (firstname.lastname@example.org) it to us. Any queries related to defective items will not be entertained after 24 hours of Delivery.
- We can only entertain up to 2 Exchanges for a Particular Product. You can Avail a Second Exchange if you are not satisfied by the sizing from the first exchange. If we receive another package after the second exchange, the same package will be delivered back to you.
- If you make a purchase of any Deebaco product from our partner sites, you are requested to follow their delivery protocols and not raise any exchange request on our website. Our exchange policies are for only the products sold from our brand website.
How soon should I make an exchange request?
Any Exchange Request Must be raised within 15 days of Delivery of the Product. After 15 Days, it will not be eligible for an Exchange Request. In case of defective products, we request you to send us an image of the product on our WhatsApp (+91-9667239905) or Email (email@example.com) within 24 hours of receiving the product. After 24 Hours, you will not be eligible for exchanging a damaged item. If we receive any damaged product without any information in the first 24 Hours, the same product will be delivered back to you.
What should be the condition of my product that I want to get exchanged?
Please make sure that the product you are sending for exchange should have their original sealed and brand tags, should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged without any smell of perfume, body odour, deodorant or detergent. There should be no make-up or tan marks on the Product. If the sealed tags are found broken or the garment looks worn out, it will not be eligible for exchange and the same garment will be delivered back to you.
How many times Can I place an Exchange Request for the same Item?
Please note that You can only avail exchange services for the same Item only twice. If you are not satisfied after the first exchange, you can only initiate one more exchange of the size of your choice
In case of any Defected Item, we request you to send us an image of the product on our WhatsApp (+91-9667239905) or Email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will guide you through the exchange process. But after 24 Hours, the product will not be eligible for any exchange. If our team finds any damage to the product without any notification about it within 24 Hours of Delivery, it will be delivered back to you and would not be eligible for any exchange.
The delivered product is not the same as I ordered. What should I do?
Though it is highly unusual, but If the delivered product is not the same as you ordered, we request you to contact us Via Email (email@example.com) or Call (+91-9667239905) and send us the image of the product within 24 hours of the delivery. Our Team will get back to you and guide you through the exchange process.
How does the Exchange process work?
In order to initiate an exchange for a Product, Please Follow the steps below:
- Go to My Profile
- Go to My Orders
- Scroll down to your item that you want to exchange
- If you are initiating a request within 15 days, you will see an exchange button at the bottom of your dress
- Press the Exchange Button and Select the Desired Size.
- After selecting a Size of your Preference, Click on Submit Button and an Exchange Request will be triggered.
How can I cancel an exchange request?
If you plan to cancel your exchange request, please call us (+91-9667239905) or mail us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your order number and Mail Id within 24 hours of placing an exchange request. After 24 hours, we will not be able to process your exchange cancel request.
I don’t want my Order to be Picked Up. Can I ship the products back on my own?
As much we prefer the option of Self-Pickup, you also can choose to ship us the product on your own. However, please make sure that the products you send does not get damaged in transit. You can ship us the product at the following address: A-38K, Sector 64, Gautam Budh Nagar, Noida, UP, 201301. Make sure all the original sealed tags, should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged without any smell of perfume, body odour, deodorant or detergent. There should be no make-up or tan marks on any Product
I bought a Deebaco product from a different website. Can I avail the exchange service on this website?
Unfortunately, we only cater to orders placed on our brand website. If you have purchased a Deebaco Product from our partner website, we would request you to follow their delivery protocols only.
How much time does this whole process usually takes?
The whole exchange process usually takes anywhere between 15-20 days depending upon date of your exchange request and your delivery location.
I placed an Order for a Product and Now I want to exchange it for a Different One. Is that possible?
Unfortunately, No. You cannot exchange one product with another. We only provide easy exchange for a different size of the same product. If you want to get a different product, we suggest you to place a return request of the product and place a fresh order for the one you want to have.
I bought multiple products in a single order. Can I avail exchange for a specific item?
Yes, in case of multiple products in a single order, you can easily avail exchange for a specific item.
