Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Yes, we do have a return and exchange policy! You must put a return/exchange request on the link: https://deebaco.com/apps/return_prime. In order to be eligible, you must put in a request within 15 days of receiving your order.
Do you allow cancellations? If so, what is the process? What about refunds?
You can cancel an order until it has been shipped. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
We ship everywhere in India, through our delivery partner Bluedart. Most in-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 72 hours to process.
Where are your packages shipped from?
Our packages are shipped from our warehouse in Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh- 201301.
Do you ship packages internationally?
Unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally. Yet!
How do I track my order?
Once your order is picked up by our delivery partner, and dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID from them on your registered mobile number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support all major domestic and international Cards (Debit/Credit), Banks for Netbanking, UPI Platforms and Cash on Delivery. In case of COD orders, additional amount of Rs 100 will be charged whereas you will get an additional 5% off in case you pay online for your purchase.
