Team is not bothering

I am very upset about the attitude of the team . As per your team they will refund in my account. They have taken the parcel my dress which I wanted to change . But they said our policy is to refund in account. They have taken my account number also . But no response on what’s up . This company is the only company I have seen who is not bothered about the costumer . Pls refund my amount in my account.
